Taught by treatment,
not by product

Most smoothing courses teach one product line. This training teaches the reasoning: which hair can take which service, how heat changes the result, and when to say not yet.

Nanoplasty module

Choosing candidates and turning the wrong ones away, why lightened hair is excluded, heat and the number of passes, and how to plan root touch ups.

Keratin module

Adjusting how straight the result goes, product amount along the length, sealing without scorching, and the aftercare talk.

Hair Botox module

Working with lightened hair, choosing pigmented versions against brass, and pairing it with cold restoration.

Cold restoration and scalp

Building repair plans for damaged hair and using the scalp peel as the first step of a service.

Training travels to your salon in Dallas Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio, and runs in person across the Austin area. Demo days and guest specialist days are held in Austin and nearby only.

Private professional education. Not TDLR continuing education and not state approved. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion.

Questions from salon owners

Do I need smoothing experience before training?

No. Stylists with no smoothing background and stylists who already offer keratin both take part. The program is adjusted to the group.

Can you train our team in Houston, Dallas or San Antonio?

Yes. Mila travels to salons in Dallas Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. Demo days run in the Austin area only.

Is there a certificate?

Each participant receives a Certificate of Completion. This is private professional education. It is not TDLR continuing education and it is not state approved.

What does it cost?

It depends on the format, the team size and the travel. Pricing is quoted after the request form, not published.
