In salon team training
Mila comes to your salon and trains the team on your chairs, with your water and your clients in mind.
Pilot for one location
One location runs the service first. You see the numbers before you roll it out across the group.
Guest educator class
A class day for a larger group, hosted at your space.
1:1 training
One stylist, full attention, built around what that stylist already knows.
Demo day
A live demonstration day. Austin and surrounding areas only.
Program
Seven blocks,
taught in order
The last block is the one most training skips. A technique the salon cannot price or schedule does not survive the first month.
Diagnostics
Reading porosity, elasticity and chemical history, and knowing when to say no.
Choosing the treatment
Matching service to hair instead of selling one service to everyone.
Application technique
Sectioning, product amount and how it changes along the length.
Heat work
Iron temperature and the number of passes, and what goes wrong at each extreme.
Difficult cases
Lightened hair, previous smoothing, breakage and the cases to turn away.
Client consultation
How to explain the service, set expectations and handle the aftercare talk.
Menu and pricing
Putting the service into the menu, pricing it by length and density, and making it repeatable.
