The approach
The goal is not hair that photographs well once. It is hair that still looks and feels healthy three washes later, which is a different standard and a harder one.
That is why every visit starts with reading the hair rather than choosing from a menu. Porosity, elasticity and the chemical history decide what is possible, and they are the reason two people with the same curl leave with two different services.
Repair happens from the inside, and the scalp is part of the same system. Cold work often comes before anything hot, because a smoothing service holds only as well as the hair underneath it.

- That a result lasts forever. It does not, and how long it holds depends on your hair.
