Booking policy
Long appointments block most of a working day, so a few rules keep the schedule fair for everyone.
Holding the appointment
Long services are held with a deposit. The amount depends on the service and on the time it takes, and it is confirmed in writing before you pay anything. The deposit comes off the final price on the day.
Changing or cancelling
Plans change and that is fine. Tell the studio as early as you can, and the appointment gets moved. A late cancellation means the time cannot be filled, so the deposit covers it. The exact notice period is confirmed when you book.
Arriving late
Every service has a fixed sequence, and part of it cannot be rushed. If you arrive late, the visit may need to be shortened or moved. If it is moved, the deposit carries over once.
Before the first visit
A short intake is required before any chemical service: your colour history, every previous smoothing service, and photos of your hair. It also covers permission to publish before and after photos, which is always optional and never required to book.
Results
Every result depends on the starting condition of the hair, on your home care and on your water. No service is promised to last a fixed time, and nothing is promised to last forever. If something does not look right, contact the studio within a few days of the visit so it can be checked in person.

Treatments are carried out in Austin and surrounding areas only: Westlake, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown and Pflugerville.
