Shine is reflected light
A flat cuticle bounces light back evenly. Lifted scales scatter it, and hair looks dull.

Frizz is humidity getting in
When the scales lift, moisture from the air swells the hair unevenly. Smoothing lays them flat again.

Lightening breaks bonds
Bleach weakens the bonds that give hair strength. That is why blonde hair needs repair, not the strongest smoothing.

Lightened hair is the clearest example. Nanoplasty is not offered on it here. Hair Botox and cold restoration are, because they work with the condition instead of against it.
