Privacy policy
Short version: the studio collects what it needs to answer you and to run your appointment, and nothing else.
What is collected
Through the forms on this site: your name, your email or phone number, your salon and role if you write from a salon, and whatever you type into the message field. Through WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok: the content of your messages, including any photos of your hair that you send. Through analytics, if it is enabled: anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and the source of the visit.
Why it is collected
To answer your question, to plan and confirm your appointment, and to send the training program when a salon asks for it. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this website. Messages sent through WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok are handled by those platforms under their own policies.
Photos of your hair
Photos you send are used to assess your hair and plan the service. They are published only with your written permission, which is asked separately and can be refused without affecting your booking.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies for advertising. If analytics or an advertising pixel is added later, a cookie notice will appear before anything non essential is set.
Your choices
